Rare Albino Squirrel Is Photographed

So, get this—an England local managed to snap a pic of a super rare albino squirrel living in a city park. Now, you’d expect photos of a rare albino animal to look all magical and majestic, right? But honestly, these little critters sometimes look more like urban mice than some rare wildlife treasure.
Tim Clifton, from Sussex, spotted the squirrel hanging around Hastings town park. At first, he actually mistook it for a seagull (yep, really). Once he realized it was a white squirrel, he grabbed his camera—because moments like this are gold in wildlife photography.
Tim said, “When I first saw this unique animal, I couldn’t believe it. I thought about how big it was. I sat down on the bench, and the squirrel came right up, almost begging for food. He looked at me like, ‘You got something for me?’”
Encounters like this remind us how incredible urban wildlife really is, and why wildlife conservation matters. Plus, if you’re into animal photography tips or dream about catching rare shots like this, stories like Tim’s are pure inspiration.
